2025 Discounted Admission, Parking, and Camping

Admission and Parking Pass Deadline: August 1, 2025

Parent, Leader, Adviser, and Sibling passes, along with parking permits, must be requested by completing the order form and submitting payment in full by the deadline. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES.

Parking Permits: $35 each, with a maximum of two (2) per family.
Families may purchase one (1) Fairway pass or one (1) Horse pass, but not both.
Fairway passes can be exchanged for Horse passes (or vice versa) based on camping location and availability. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Ensure the order form is accurate before submitting, as changes (additions or deletions) will not be permitted. Only one order form per family will be processed.

Camping Deadline: July 1, 2025

A $100 late fee will apply for applications submitted after July 1.

Payment must be included with the application.
Priority for camping spaces will be given to those residing outside a 20-mile radius of the Benton County Fairgrounds.
If spaces remain after the initial assignments, the radius will be reduced by 7 miles for additional assignments.

The individual responsible for the camping unit and its occupants must be at least 21 years old and must reside on the grounds during the event.

PASS PICK-UP DATES
Passes may be picked up from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, 8/11/25 to Friday, 8/15/25, at the Fair Office or Saturday, 8/16/25 to Monday, 8/18/25 between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. at the Fair Office on the fairgrounds.
